Aluminium Body Service Anchoring Clamps are heavy-duty, utility-grade overhead fittings engineered to dead-end and secure insulated service lines routing from distribution networks to end-user premises. Specifically structural-engineered with high-strength aluminum alloy side shells, this premium series is available in both 2-Core and 4-Core configurations. It establishes an uncompromised, high-tension node at service poles or building walls without requiring operators to strip the cable insulation jacket.

Features
High-Tensile Aluminium Alloy Shell
Reinforced with premium structural-grade aluminum alloy side plates. This heavy-duty metal enclosure delivers superior impact resistance, structural rigidity, and immunity to UV weathering, keeping the clamp failure-free over decades of intense outdoor exposure.
2-Core & 4-Core Modular Flexibility
Supplying dedicated structural matrices tailored for both 2-core and 4-core bundled service drops. The interlocking wedge core ensures uniform, symmetrical compression over all conductors, preventing cable slippage or asymmetrical core distortion.
Stripping-Free Conical Gripping
Explicitly calibrated for direct implementation on unstripped insulated service cables. The internal polymer sliding wedges automatically advance into the conical neck as line tension increases, tightening their hold safely without piercing the outer jacket.
Insulation-Safe Protection
Outfitted with a heavy-gauge, flexible stainless steel wire loop or hot-dip galvanized bail. This resilient link dampens mechanical oscillations from severe wind shear while remaining completely immune to oxidation and coastal salt spray.
Implementation Instructions
Step 1: Core Laying & Wedge Seating
Do not strip the wire insulation. Loosen the integrated side clamp locking bolt if necessary, separate and route the 2-core or 4-core insulated cable bundle parallel inside the designated grooves of the internal polymer wedges.
Step 2: Bracket Hook Engagement
Slip the flexible steel wire loop smoothly over the designated outdoor pole bracket, wall-mounted hook, or drive pin anchor. Ensure the wear-resistant saddle plate sits evenly in the curved recess of the hook.
Step 3: Self-Tightening Sag Lock
Draw the service cable bundle outward to establish the proper distribution line sag profile. Once tension is introduced, tighten the locking bolt firmly; the internal wedges will instantly lock into a permanent mechanical holding state.
Step 4: High-Tension Safe Drop & Live-Line Operations
Because the internal clamping blocks are molded from premium non-conductive, high-dielectric polymer matrix, these aluminum-shell service clamps are exceptionally safe for installation in close proximity to live lines (hot-line handling). However, prior to locking down the final compression bolt, linesmen must double-check that the cable insulation jacket is entirely free from raw cuts or surface punctures to guarantee long-term watertight safety.
Industrial Engineering & Standards
Rigorously tested and certified to endure decades of prolonged mechanical stress and atmospheric exposure in global infrastructure:
- Premium Material Compositions: The outer body is die-cast from high-strength, weather-proof, and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, combined with a UV-stabilized engineered thermoplastic wedge core.
- Rigorous Compliance: Fully qualified according to the supreme performance, climatic aging, and mechanical tension criteria of the NF C 33-041 and EN 50483-3 overhead utility standards.
- Zero Cable Damage: The soft yet firm clamping curvature ensures no concentrated stress fields or point loads, meaning zero risk of cable core necking or dielectric breakdown.
