Implementation Instructions

Step 1: Network Cable Placement

Properly position the main grid bundle cable and the main network branch conductor into their respective parallel grooves, making sure they run completely parallel inside the connector housing.

Step 2: Uniform Torque Drive

Gradually tighten the shear head screws by alternating between the bolts (for double-bolt models) using an insulated spanner until the precision shear heads snap off entirely.

Step 3: Sealed Cap Inspection

Ensure the integrated flexible terminal end cap is firmly placed over the exposed line ends to achieve a permanent barrier against water wicking and wildlife interference.

Step 4: Live-Line Network Safe Operation

This network-class connector is engineered for safe hot-line implementation on live utility mainlines. However, to guarantee maximum arc-free protection during massive current splicing, it is highly recommended to perform installation when there is no peak electrical load running on the branching line.
