PA1000 & PA1500 Extruded Series are premium anchoring clamps precision-machined from high-grade structural aluminium profiles. Engineered to terminate and secure low-voltage Aerial Bundled Conductor (A.B.C.) networks with insulated neutral messengers, these wedge-type clamps deliver superior structural density and zero-porosity performance. They provide robust, high-fatigue dead-end termination without compromising the cable insulation.

Features
Precision Extruded Aluminium Body
Manufactured from heavy-duty extruded aluminium profiles. This precision industrial process eliminates structural internal micro-defects or blowholes common in traditional casting, ensuring unparalleled material strength.
Calibrated Tensile Series
Perfectly structured to support heavy distribution spans and varied tensile specifications: the PA1000 profile variant handles standard network thresholds, while the PA1500 profile variant is optimized for heavy trunkline lines.
Tool-Free Self-Locking Wedges
Designed with sliding, conical wedges that utilize line tension to increase clamping force automatically. Provides fast, straightforward installation on overhead lines with zero specialized tools required.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Bail
Outfitted with a flexible, high-tensile stainless steel wire bail and a movable thermoplastic wear saddle, allowing quick, reliable attachment to various pole brackets, hooks, or crossarms.
Implementation Instructions
Step 1: Core Wire Placement
Pull back the internal glass-fiber reinforced polymer wedges within the extruded aluminium body, and position the unstripped insulated neutral messenger into the central parallel groove.
Step 2: Bracket Hook Interlocking
Pass the stainless steel wire loop over the designated pole anchoring bracket, ensuring the plastic saddle rests directly on the hook interface to insulate against mechanical friction.
Step 3: Wedge Self-Engagement
Draw the cable down-line to create appropriate structural sag. Drive the wedges firmly forward into the extruded sleeve body to activate the mechanical self-tightening grip before releasing tension.
Step 4: Line Pulling Safety Operation
Although the clamp casing is decoupled from active conductors via insulated wedges, linesmen must use standard cable grips and come-along tools to fully tension the overhead distribution span before finalizing the lock within the extruded aluminium housing.
Industrial Engineering & Standards
Advanced profile structural components tested to exceed the environmental and tension performance lifespans of overhead grids:
- Advanced Metallurgy: The profile body utilizes hardened, structural-grade aluminium alloy with outstanding anodized/natural corrosion resistance, paired with UV-stabilized weather-proof wedges.
- Rigorous Compliance: Fully qualified and compliant with the mechanical, thermal, and climatic aging standards of NF C 33-041 and EN 50483.
- Insulation Integrity: The smooth inner extrusion profile ensures uniform force distribution across the wedge blocks, protecting the cable’s dielectric shield against point-load stress or cracking.
